Ray Buckley has vast experience in the hermetic seal industry, spanning many decades. He has a proven track record in helping customers solve problems. In the design stage, Ray can advise material types, plating choices, processes and dimensional guidance based on over 40 years of manufacturing management. Terry Phillips, with over 35 years experience, has his entire career in the hermetic seals industry. His experience includes Quality Control, Engineering, Production Management and Sales. This background gives him the knowledge needed to meet customer needs. He has worked with many customers, problem solving and getting to the root cause of issues and permanently solving them. Terry is available to our customers for consultation of all your packaging needs.
Donna Lauck is very knowledgeable in material management, with over 30 years in the hermetic seal industry. She has worked in many areas of this industry including manufacturing, customer service, purchasing, and vendor development in addition to materials management. Donna's many years of vendor contact insures that Century Seals, Inc.'s customers receive the best value in component procurement. She always works hard to exceed customer expectations.
Chuck Jump has over 30 years experience in the hermetic seal industry. He has a diverse career background, working for several leading manufacturing firms. This diversity brings a rare talent to Century Seals, Inc. He utilizes his engineering & design skills to the fullest advantage in the component, assembly and fixture & tooling design process. Chuck is dedicated to constant processes improvement and new product development.
Lisa Fizer has a background in Quality Control spanning 20 years within the hermetic seal industry. In addition to her experience in quality, Lisa has worked in computer support, documentation, engineering and customer service, and is the ISO Management Representative for our ISO 9001:2008 Certification. Lisa is always willing to work with customers in meeting expectations. She is always available to our customers to get the job done!
Joe Favinger has over 25 years of Sales, Sales Management and Marketing experience listening to and acting on customer needs with over 15 years in the glass to metal seal industry. Joe will see that the customer's requirements are conveyed effectively to engineering design, manufacturing and quality to insure that the customer receives the whole Century Seals package-quality that is a given, competitively priced and on the customer's dock when needed. Sharon Wheatley has over 20 years of experience in Quality Control for hermetic seals. Sharon's in-depth knowledge of all aspects of inspection including testing, visual criteria, precision measurement, and working with all departments to insure a quality product. Sharon devotes much time and energy to help Century Seals, Inc. maintain its reputation as a high quality manufacturer.
Jamie McGlaughlin has over 35 years experience in Customer Service and Sales, and is probably the first person our present & potential customers will speak with. She handles quotations, correspondence, processes orders and maintains scheduled deliveries for customers as well as our sales representative's both Domestic and International. Jamie is always ready and willing to help with your Glass to Metal seal needs.
