Production Associate (On-Site)

Responsibilities

Perform assembly and fabrication of products to meet all customer requirements and specifications
Operate equipment and/or tools required for assembly and fabrication
Uphold safety requirements
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must be able to accurately read, understand, and strictly follow detailed work instructions that are specific to each part
Maintain files and record data accurately onto forms either by hand or electronically
Blueprint reading experience is preferred

Essential Functions

The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
The ability to discern colors, numbers, and symbols
The ability to manipulate objects, some of which may be very small, during the process of assembly and fabrication
The ability to operate tools and/or machinery that are required during the process of assembly and fabrication, included but not limited to:
- Laptop computer
- Copier, scanner, or similar office machinery
- Gripping devices such as pliers or tweezers
- Magnifying devices and/or microscopes
- Measuring devices, both handheld and automated
This position will require the candidate to remain seated at a workstation for most of the shift.
